Survival at Sea

We had to rank 15 items from greatest to least in importance of survival in a lifeboat.  My group chose the container of water as the first choice and the army rations as the second choice.  We chose those because we believed that those two things were essential for survival.  Our last choice was the bottle of rum because it is almost worthless for survival.  However, we included it in the list because if death is inevitable, it is much more preferable to die happy thean not to.
